STAGE 3

Design Development

Planning and developing a design; getting into the details. This will include all client expectation, budgets and time constraints.

  • Finalize procurement strategies

  • Formalize master project programme

  • Benchmark quality standards

  • Coordinate design intents from consultants

STAGE 4

Documentation & Procurement

Management and coordination of tender and construction documents.

  • Coordinate drawings and specifications

  • Cost engineer drawing details

  • Construction Drawings

  • Financial control and assessment of project details to feasibility

STAGE 5

Execution & Implementation of Construction

The management and administration of the construction contracts and processes, including the preparation and control of the necessary documentation to facilitate effective execution of the works.

STAGE 6

Project Close Out

We assess the project, ensure final completion, assist with handover to operations and close final accounts.
